    Acceptable Use Policy

    1. Purpose

    This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules that all users — both Talents and Clients — must follow when using JobTayo. It supplements our Terms of Service and exists to keep the platform safe, professional, and fair for everyone.

    2. Prohibited Conduct

    You agree not to use JobTayo to:

    • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information in profiles, job listings, or proposals.
    • Impersonate another person, company, or entity.
    • Harass, threaten, bully, or discriminate against any user based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
    • Send spam, unsolicited advertisements, or bulk messages through the platform's messaging system.
    • Attempt to collect personal information (such as email addresses, phone numbers, or financial details) from other users for purposes unrelated to a legitimate engagement.
    • Post or share content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable.
    • Upload files that contain viruses, malware, or any code designed to disrupt or damage the platform.
    • Use automated bots, scrapers, or similar tools to access or extract data from JobTayo without written permission.
    • Circumvent platform fees by arranging off-platform payments solely to avoid subscription charges for the initial engagement (see Section 7 of our Terms).
    • Engage in money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable laws.

    3. Content Standards

    All content you publish on JobTayo — including profile descriptions, job posts, proposals, messages, and reviews — must:

    • Be accurate, truthful, and not misleading.
    • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
    • Not infringe on any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
    • Be written professionally and respectfully.

    4. Account Security

    You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password or allow others to access your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at hello@jobtayo.com. JobTayo is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.

    5. Reviews & Ratings

    Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. You may not post fake reviews, offer incentives for positive reviews, or retaliate against a user for leaving an honest review. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate this policy.

    6. Reporting Violations

    If you encounter content or behavior that violates this AUP, please report it to hello@jobtayo.com. Include as much detail as possible — such as screenshots, usernames, and descriptions of the issue — so our team can investigate promptly.

    7. Enforcement

    Violations of this AUP may result in one or more of the following actions, at our sole discretion:

    • A warning notice sent to your account email.
    • Temporary suspension of your account.
    • Permanent termination of your account and removal of all associated content.
    • Reporting to law enforcement authorities if we believe illegal activity has occurred.

    We aim to act proportionately, but serious or repeated violations may result in immediate termination without prior warning.

    8. Changes to This Policy

    We may update this AUP from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of JobTayo after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
