1 · Purpose
This policy sets out the rules that everyone in the Academy follows. It supplements our Terms of Service and forms part of them. It exists for one reason: a classroom only works if the people in it can trust each other.
2 · Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- Give false, misleading or fraudulent information when you register
- Impersonate another person, company or entity
- Harass, threaten, bully or discriminate against anyone on the basis of race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age
- Send spam, unsolicited advertising or bulk messages to other participants
- Collect other participants' personal information — emails, phone numbers, financial details — for any purpose unrelated to the course
- Post content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic or otherwise objectionable
- Upload files containing viruses, malware or any code designed to disrupt or damage our systems
- Use bots, scrapers or similar tools to extract our content without written permission
- Engage in fraud, or any activity that breaks the law
3 · Content standards
Everything you write or submit here — registration details, messages, community posts and coursework — must:
- Be accurate, truthful and not misleading
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not infringe anyone else's intellectual property, privacy or other rights
- Be written professionally and respectfully
4 · In the Academy
Course seats are personal and course materials are licensed to you alone. In addition to everything above, you agree not to:
- Share your access, login or joining link with anyone who has not paid for a seat
- Record, screen-capture, redistribute, resell or republish sessions or materials
- Upload course content to another platform, a file-sharing service or a group chat
- Disrupt live sessions — that includes abusive chat, deliberate noise, or hijacking the session for unrelated promotion
- Submit work for the exam that is not your own
Submitting someone else's work as your own is the one rule we treat as unforgivable. The certificate is worth something precisely because nobody can fake their way to it, and we protect that for everyone who earned it honestly.
Using AI in your coursework is expected, not cheating. This is an AI course — of course you will use AI to build. What is not allowed is passing off another person's finished submission as yours, or having someone else sit your assessment.
5 · Account security
You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. Do not share your password or let anyone else use your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, tell us immediately at hello@jobtayo.com. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorised use of your account where you failed to keep it secure.
6 · Reporting a problem
If you see content or behaviour that breaches this policy, report it to hello@jobtayo.com. Include as much detail as you can — screenshots, names, what happened and when — so we can investigate quickly. We do not reveal who reported what.
7 · Enforcement
Breaches may lead to one or more of the following, at our discretion:
- A warning sent to your registered email
- Removal of the offending content
- Removal from a live session
- Your access suspended or ended, without a refund
- A permanent ban from subscribing again
- A report to law enforcement where we believe a crime has been committed
We aim to act proportionately, and for a first minor breach you will normally hear from us before anything else happens. Serious or repeated breaches may result in immediate termination without prior warning. If you think we got it wrong, reply to us and a person will look at it again.
8 · Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Changes are posted here with a new date. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept it.
